ガラス間の半田部分（ガラス間の金属部分）は、空気との接触により自然酸化し、アンティーク風に部分的に黒く·白く変化することがあります。Allison Gai Stained Glass Studioの作品では、酸化防止ワックスが施されていますが、時間の経過ととも半田の自然酸化が基本発生しますので、数年に一度ポリワックスを利用することで半田の変色を抑えることができます。

Solder (metal between glass) oxidize over time naturally, which may cause parts of the solder line to turn black or white. All products from Allison Gai Stained Glass Studio have been coated with wax to slow down the oxidization. To ensure a clean and shiny solder line, waxing your product once in a few years is highly recommended.

お手入れの際には、半田の表面を乾いた布やキッチンペーパーで優しく拭いてください。次にワックスを薄く塗ります。その後、ワックスを拭き取ることで元の輝きを取り戻します。半田部分に影響がありますので、水で洗浄しないでください。

To clean and care your stained glass, first rub off the solder area gently with a dry cloth or kitchen towel. Apply wax over the whole piece, then buff off the wax to keep the product shiny. Keep in mind that water is NOT recommended for cleaning stained glass.

ステンドグラスに使用されている半田部分(ガラス間の金属部分)は、鉛が含まれているため、イン テリアの飾りとしてご利用いただくことを想定しています。摂取または吸入しない限り取り扱いに害はありませんが、念のため、身につけたり、口に入れたり、食品などと接触させることはご遠慮下さい。また、取り扱い後に手を洗うことをお勧め致します。

For your own safety, please wash your hands after handling stained glass, since there is lead contained in solder. Allison Gai Stained Glass Studio only produce stained glass products for interior decoration purpose, do NOT wear, ingest, or contact with food .

ステンドグラスを吊るす際に、安定しているフック、釘などを強くお勧めします。吸盤フックは適切にお手入れせても緩んだり落下したりする恐れがありますので、吸盤フックは自己責任でご使用ください。

For your own safety, please make sure your stained glass is located in a safe area. When hanging, make sure whatever is holding the piece (such as screws or hooks) is strong enough for the weight of the product. Allison Gai Stained Glass Studio is NOT responsible for any damage caused by falling, hanging or setting up the piece.

日本国内の配送は、基本クリックポスト、宅急便コンパクト、レターパックライトで発送されます。

海外の配送は、small packet、国際eパケットライトで発送されます。

※商品のサイズと重量によって、別の方式で発送する必要がある場合がありますので予めご了承ください。

For orders within Japan, shipping services from Japan Post, Kuronekoyamato will be used.

For orders outside Japan, small packet, International e-packet light will be used.

*Depending on the size and weight of the products, other shipping services may be used.

在庫ありの商品は、通常1-3営業日以内に処理されます。在庫切れやオーダーメイド商品の場合は、制作期間が必要な場合があります。

For in-stock products, your orders will be processed within 3 business days. For out of stock orders and commission orders, processing time may be longer.

国際配送の対象は、国際郵便会社の取扱国·地域の一部のみになりますので、規定された取扱国·地域以外は発送できません。

For international shipping outside Japan, only selected countries/regions that are within service areas of the shipping services are available for international shipping. Orders will not be taken from those outside the shipping service areas.

商品の初期不良、商品の内容相違による返品の場合、3日以内allisongai.artstore@gmail.comにご連絡ください（写真・詳細説明を含め、メールにてご連絡ください）。状況が認められる場合、当店返品送料を負担とさせて頂きます。その後、同等商品と交換、または返金致します。（ただし、在庫のない場合は、返金させて頂きます。）

Allison Gai Stained Glass Studio only accepts return with the following conditions:

-If damages of the products occurred upon arrival,

-If products you receive is different from what you ordered

Buyers must request a return within 3 calendar days of delivery by emailing to allisongai.artstore@gmail.com with a detailed description and pictures of the situation, and reason for return. Once the return is confirmed and product is received by Allison Gai Stained Glass Studio, an equal exchange of product or refund will be processed. (If same or similar products are not in stock, refund will be processed)

製品の写真と説明は可能な限り正確に記載されていますが、すべて手作りのオリジナル商品のため、サイズ、形、色合いが多少異なる場合があります。ガラス製品のため、光の加減で色味が違って見えるものが、写真と色の感じが若干異なる場合があります。

さらに、ステンドグラスの表面には、波紋、線、泡、小さなくぼみなどの小さな欠陥がある場合があります。

上記内容は、商品の初期不良、商品の内容相違ではないため、返金・返品は受け付けておりません。

All products of Allison Gai Stained Glass Studio are originally designed and handmade. Every single piece varies slightly in size, shape, color, texture, pattern, etc. There could also be slight imperfections on the surface of the glass, such as lines, bubbles, etc.

Situations mentioned above are not considered as damages or different products from product photos due to the nature of handcrafting.

お客様のご都合による返品の場合は、お客様から返品送料をご負担となりますので、予めご了承ください。また、オーダーメイドの返品は受け付けておりません。

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs of return. Buyers will be charged accordingly if the product is damaged or not in its original condition. Return of commission is not accepted.
